Yoga is helpful in alleviating stress both of internal and external origins, its physical, psychological and spiritual benefits inspired me to teach and help others.Dedicated to providing personalized service, and taking into consideration modern day living, I teach the powerful practices of yoga for Connection and Whole-Being Wellness.Everyone is welcome whether you are new to the practice of yoga or looking for mentorship to further your practice and studies.
I teach public classes, relaxation based and regenerative retreats in various setting including yoga studios, educational holistic centers, as well as workplace wellness programs such as: Princeton Center For Yoga and Health, Ananda Ashram, Princeton University, Namaste NY - Corporate Clients.
I offer concierge wellness through cutomized private yoga and meditation instruction.
I was certified as a Yoga Therapist in I997, at the Vivekananda Yoga Ashram, S-VYASA, India. I completed my dissertation and practical training by working directly with patients enrolled in the Arogyadhama Healthcare Center. Arogyadhama is a world premier holistic research base center by yoga therapy, for the treatment of stress related ailments.
For several years, I was the Director of Yoga at the Chakra Institute® in Europe and the US, and on the faculty of New York Open Center. Additionally, I completed Anusara Yoga Teacher Training and am Registered with Yoga Alliance.
